I am the one who has led this project, a new Car ECU (Electronic Computer Unit) semi automatic production line. ECU program writter & digital inspection SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) that are delivered from Japan and in the purpose of reducing man power, the pick and place process from one SPM to each other is handled by 2 armed robots are moving in multiple axis. Beside as technical project leader of 3 programmer & 5 assembly technicians, I dedicated as robot programmer for 1 set of this semi automated transfer system.
